A dinner of some of your favorite Chinese dishes: fried chicken wings in a light batter, homemade scallion pie, Chung Shin cod fish pieces in a sweet & sour sauce, Chung King beef and cabbage in a spicy sauce, Vegetable Lo Mein, Chicken Lo Mein, world-famous Eldo House cake, beverages, and condiments (we will furnish take-out boxes).
Several generous Brothers have donated this annual dinner. They will be recognized at the dinner.
Dinner fee is $20 per member, $10.00 per guest and children under 10 and Ladies are FREE! (The dinner is donated so that the dinner fees may be applied to building our general fund and keeping the Lodge in the black.) If you have elected the Annual Dinner Discounted program for $165, this meal is automatically included.
EVERYONE DINING MUST MAKE A RESERVATION by 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 3 with our Junior Warden Bro. Stanley Y. J. Chu so we may alert the caterer as to how many Brothers are dining; see Notice for his contact information.
