The Honorable David Cohen, Mayor of the City of Newton (L) is welcomed to the Feast by Bro. Bernie Goulding. Wor. Phil Turland and Bro. Larry Bethune look on.

Mayor Cohen greets the Gathered as Bro. Bethune enjoys the mayor's humor.

Wor. Turland officially welcomes the Gathered and promises them an exciting evening.

Bro.Bethune performs his Master of Ceremonies duties (IT"S NOT A SKIRT!!!)

Bro. Haggis is properly piped in, toasted, saluted, and addressed. Piper Bro. Tom Childs (L) supplied stirring Highland pipe tunes while Bro. Bethune and Bro. John Ayotte (the Chef) toast the haggis.

Bro. Jerry Manfra adds some last minute improvements to his "Toast to the Lassies" before he delivers it later in the evening.

Bro. Peter Frasca draws high praise for his informative and uplifting remarks on the purpose and workings of our Fraternity.

Bro. Frasca and Bro. Goulding,
two pillars of the Lodge

Wor. Jim Benoit delivered and most informative history of the Earls of Dalhousie and the Lodge's connection with that family, after which he bestowed gifts of the Lodge to Hon. Bro. David Harcourt Maule Wingate, Great-great-great-great-Grandson of the 8th earl of Dalhousie. Wor. Turland and Bro. Bethune look on.

A wonderful audience of the Gathered enjoyed a terrfific prime rib meal catered by Chef Ayotte along with piping, Scottish fiddling, and Cape Breton Step Dancing troupe led by Christine Morrison.

Over 150 people attended including special guests including the Mayor of Newton, the Junior Warden of the Grand Lodge of Prince Hall, the Grand Steward of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, and our District Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Lincoln Richards (Waltham 5th).

Ah....nice and quiet. Bro. Bethune and Bro. Childs enjoy some quiet time (both are also members of the Kilwinning Club Scottish Degree team).

Bro. Goulding chastises Bro. Manfra for wearing pants.

Bro. Goulding leads the gathered in a toast to our recently departed Brother and Masonic legend,
M.W. John Philip Berquist.

Bro. Bethune and his wife Cynthia join in.

What a lovely couple,eh? Such nice smiles from Bro. Goulding and his lovely Julie surely brightened up our Feast.
